The concept is simple: One Camera, One Story & One Song.

Kiyanna (to tell in Sinhalese) is an Austin-based online film series that captures a story and a song from local and touring bands. The artists have complete control of both the story they choose to tell and the song they wish to perform.

All film sessions will take place in or around the Austin area and each are long take (single shot). The city offers a very unique landscape and we hope to tell a story with not only the song and narrative, but also with the location.
